Private Signature Care was founded to address a gap in the private household staffing market — a gap between the transactional approach of volume agencies and the genuinely personal, discreet service that private clients and their households deserve.
We work with a small number of clients at any one time, by design. Every placement is handled personally, every candidate is known to us, and every introduction is made with care. We do not operate a database of thousands. We operate a register of exceptional people.
Our clients include private families, high-net-worth individuals, and households across the United Kingdom and internationally. They come to us because they want a staffing partner who understands the particular demands of private household life — and who will protect their privacy throughout.

Most staffing agencies operate at scale. We do not. We take on a limited number of client engagements at any one time so that every search receives the attention it deserves. We know our candidates personally. We visit households where appropriate. We do not make introductions we are not confident in.

Uganda Muslim Diaspora CIC was established to support community development, integration, and professional advancement within the Ugandan Muslim diaspora and the wider community. Its activities span employment support, professional training, and community services.
Private Signature Care was developed within this structure to create sustainable employment pathways for skilled household professionals — connecting exceptional candidates with households that value their expertise, and ensuring that the standards of private service are upheld at every level.
